A 35-year-old female presents to the clinic with a sudden onset of severe pain in the right lower abdomen. The pain started 3 hours ago, is intermittent, and radiates to the groin. She describes the pain as excruciating, and she is unable to find a comfortable position. She reports associated nausea but denies vomiting, fever, diarrhoea, or urinary symptoms.

Pulse: 88 bpm, regular.

Blood Pressure: 128/80 mmHg.

Respiratory Rate: 16/min.

Oxygen Saturation: 98% on room air.

Temperature: 36.6°C.

Nothing of note.

Smoking History: Never smoked tobacco.

Alcohol Use: None.

Not on any medication.
